Joseph Tuite has a number of exciting options to consider next year for his stable star Litigant.

The Sinndar gelding remains lightly raced as a seven-year-old but made a huge impact on his first run for Tuite's Lambourn yard when winning the Ebor at York in the summer, having been on the sidelines for 491 days.

He was beaten in the Long Distance Cup at Ascot on Champions Day, but bounced back in style to land the November Handicap on the final day of the turf Flat season at Doncaster.

Tuite said: "He has come out of the race really well and we will just wait to decide what to do, as he has got a lot of options. We have got to sit down and make a plan of action.

"One option is that he could start off in a Listed or Group Three race then go for something like the Lonsdale Cup, which would be a logical route.

"Taking him to Dubai also comes into the mix, then you have got the All-Weather Championships which has got some serious money in it.

"The problem with going to Dubai is it is a long way to go with a delicate horse, but there is massive prize-money out there.

"He is a horse that is pretty versatile trip-wise, so we will put everything into the mix."
