Stoke stars Peter Crouch and Glen Johnson spotted having a day off at Cheltenham ahead of weekend clash with Chelsea .

Former England aces Crouch and Johnson appeared to be on their way to their hospitality box at the famous festival.

The pair looked dapper in their suits - after they had been handed a day off from training.

Mark Hughes obviously trusts his players to behave, after lower league players Samir Carruthers and James Collins were banned from the course for urinating from a balcony.

Nicky Henderson became the most successful trainer in the history of the Stan James Champion Hurdle after Buveur D'Air claimed the feature race on day one of the Cheltenham Festival.

Henderson has now secured six victories in the two-mile showpiece and, just for good measure, he also saddled runner-up My Tent Or Yours, who was finishing second in the race for a third time.

The first race of the second day is the Neptune Novices' Hurdle at 1.30pm and you can catch our live coverage here .
