Michael Bell will be hoping Big Orange can put a disappointing display in Dubai behind him in the Matchbook VIP Henry II Stakes at Sandown on May 24.
The Gold Cup winner failed to run to form at Meydan, but Jessica Harrington's Torcedor was almost pulled up in the same race and bounced back to win the Sagaro Stakes last week.
"I thought it was interesting. It was another example of a horse who flopped in Dubai coming back into form in Europe," said Bell.
"It's clear some horses just don't like it. He (Torcedor) didn't look very happy when he was out there, but he was good at Ascot.
"Big Orange had an unfortunate experience out in Dubai as well, so it just goes to show some horses are just more suited staying closer to home.
"We're going to run at Sandown in the race he won last year. He looks magnificent."
